Delivery costs

Our delivery costs are priced in bands according to the value of your order and will be calculated automatically when you enter your delivery address during checkout.

On this page we set out our delivery costs for orders within the UK, in the EU, and to worldwide destinations outside the EU.

Delivery costs within the UK

• Orders of over £60.00 are delivered free within the UK by standard delivery.
• If you wish, you have the option to pay £7.99 to upgrade to priority delivery within the UK (1-3 days after dispatch).
• As long as you keep the items you order, you won't pay anything for UK standard delivery. See our Returns and Refunds page for further information on how much we will refund you if you return your order
• Orders of £310.01 and over in value are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed next day by 1:00 pm. This is tracked, has extra insurance cover, requires a signature on delivery and must be booked by 12:00 pm. Saturday delivery not guaranteed.
• You have the option to choose single use plastic free packaging materials for your order by paying an extra 50 pence. For more details, click here.
• If you wish to order products of total value of over £480, please email us to request a quote for delivery.
• Allow 2-5 working days for delivery from the date you receive our dispatch confirmation.
  
• These delivery estimates apply to mainland UK. Additional time may be required for delivery to outlying postcodes.
• Over the Christmas period, Royal Mail's delivery speeds may be slower.

• Orders of £29.99 and over in value are sent by Royal Mail Tracked airmail service that requires a signature on delivery.
• If you wish to order product of total value over £350, please email us to request a quote for delivery.
• International shipping costs are not refundable should you decide to return your order.

Shipping prices to non-EU destinations

• International shipping costs are not refundable should you decide to return your order.
• You may incur import taxes / charges on your delivery. These are outside our control and you are liable for any such charge levied by your country’s customs department.
